Computer Repairs
For our local customers in the Portsmouth Area we are able to offer a full computer repair, upgrade and build service. (Customers will need to drop off and collect as we do not offer a postal/courier service).
We are so sure we can fix the problems with your computer system, that we offer a no fix, no fee policy on all repairs and upgrades. So you know you will only pay for a job we have completed satisfactorily and fully working.
Unlike other local retailers we do not charge on a per hour basis, we see each job is different and due to this, it reduces your costs.
How you may ask.....
well a memory install can take just a few minutes of our time so that is what you pay for. A fresh install of an operating system can take a couple of hours, but a lot of this time is waiting for the install to complete. Again this means that you only pay for the time we are working on your computer not the time we have to wait and drink coffee.
We can also provide many more services so feel free to contact us for a quote on something that is not listed below.

Driver and system updates.
These are the most common errors we see, a simple software driver reinstall can fix common errors with your audio, usb connections, and non compatible software, we can also update your operating system and apply all the latest security patches that maybe needed to keep your computer safe.
Operating system install and reinstalls.
We can preform a fresh install of your operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7 and even OSX) and bring your computer back to a new condition. We also backup any needed personal information like pictures and videos and documents.
Hardware repairs.
We can diagnose issues with your computer hardware and repair these in house, from simple power supply or memory replacements, to motherboard and CPU issues.
System and performance checks.
Computer builds and upgrades.
We can either build a new computer or upgrade your current computer to a higher specification. New builds are cheaper when you do not need some many high performance parts in it, so we can reduce our cost to match your individual needs. For upgrades we are able to use your current computer and upgrade just the parts you need to make it faster, cutting the higher costs of a new machine.
