We have taken on a new client, Status100 a local DJ. We shall be designing a site from there drawings, and hosting them on our Cloud Servers. We shall be updating our page when we have some updates to show you off our new work for them.

Over the Christmas peroid we have been busy with a influx in local computer repairs, and due to this we have invisted on a advertising in the Yellow Pages. We have also taken a few different jobs which one included a local training for people who would like help learning more about computers and how to use them.

We have now completed our work on Buchanan-Cushions. The site has had a complete new look to meet the Lesley needs, each part of the site has been redisgned with there design and is a great fresh look to there work. We look forward to many more updates to the site as and when there need our help.

Older News

The last week has been a productive one, with two new customers to Small-business-startup. We also have offered our services to a local member at a RC forum who is wishing to update a site to sell RC Shock Covers. Updates to follow as work is carried out. We have also sent out 33,00 emails to some of our old clients from NBSdesignz.

Small Business Startup have taken our new website style live. We hope you like the new look to our site and find it easier to look around. The new site is fully CCS3 and HTML 5 compliant, we love to hear your views via our rating script and the bottom right, or contact us via our contact page. On a personal note, many thanks to all you that have help test the site. The site now support 50+ Browsers and OS. We hope the loads times are not to long for you all, but we have added a lot of back end coding to make the site a lot more user friendly.

Small Business Startup have add a new service, this is just for our local customers. We now offer In-house Computer Repairs. We are able to offer a complete range of computer repairs, full computer builds and upgrades. If you need help with installing some computer memory, upgrading your older computer to make it run faster, to even fixing a broken computer system, we are here to help.

One of the main parts of Small Business Startup is our web hosting, and we are always looking at ways to improve. One such way for us to do this is to move with the times, so due to this we have purchased new "Cloud" Servers to give our customers the best possible service out there.

We have finally finished work on Small Business Startup website, and now taken it live to the web. There will be updates planed to our site to improve features as we need them for our customers. We plan on many features being added, as well as update to the layout in time, to help navigate though our site. We shall work on this when we have time free, so keep a look out for more updates in our latest news.

We have been working with a new customer, Paul from Seasons Home Improvement. Paul contacted us to have his old website updated, so we have spent the last few weeks going though their ideas and needs, and have produced a layout that has left Paul speechless. We then spent a few weeks adding and updating their current content into the new design that we had built for them.

Paul also wanted the new website to be updated as needed by us, so has now also taken a hosting package and updates package with us, giving us control to make updates as needed, allowing Paul to sit back and take care of the company, while we can keep the web side of things running smoothly for them.

We have started work on a new site for a company called Buchanan-Cushions. They are a local based company that sells items made of Harris Tweed fabric. Lesley wanted us to help them move there company forward and get their products online to the world wide web. We have spent many weeks talking about layouts and features for their required website, so we drafted a template up from their ideas, and they loved it. They wanted something more personal as they are a family business, so all the designs were based on their looks and styles.

We now also host there account with us, and we preform updates when need to the product catalog. We have also spent many weeks running our SEO tools on their site to get them a head start, which has made a huge difference to their sales, as they are now No.1 in Google on there keywords "Harris Tweed Cushion".

They are over the moon with the work we have done for them, top place and has helped them expand into other area of using the fabric. Now selling throws, cards and more.
